Objective of the Paper: To describe the clinical case of a patient with severe closed traumatic brain injury, in whose treatment a set of proprietary software was used for cognitive recovery.

Key Points: This paper describes the benefits of a set of software for recovery from cognitive deficit. These programs primarily affect areas of the brain involved in speech. The patient had a severe closed traumatic brain injury, with moderate cognitive impairment and executive function deficit. It was observed that the use of this software improved the affected regulatory and neurodynamic components of the higher mental functions and reduced the severity of emotional and volitional impairment.

Conclusion: This case shows that such training can both reduce the degree of gnostic impairment and generally activate the brain’s regulatory functions. These results may be of interest to neurologists, speech therapists, neuropsychologists, and specialists in neurorehabilitation and ergotherapy.
